Malone & Associates Real Estate Inc. is based at 127 W. Main Street in Forney. Our work reaches across Terrell, Kaufman County, eastern Dallas–Fort Worth and the surrounding DFW area.

Broker/Owner Matthew Malone began his real estate career in 2006, became a broker in 2009 and opened the independent Malone & Associates firm in December 2016. The team’s roots in the local market predate the independent firm.

Today, traditional residential brokerage sits alongside a broader focus: helping people determine what to do with a property when condition, timing, ownership or professional responsibilities make the decision more complicated.
