My husband and I entered into the buying process looking to make a very quick decision, which I am never at ease to do for a major purchase. Well, Mary helped make that quick decision a very easy process. She knows her business and what she said she would get done she got done with no pressure on us. The best part of our real estate experience was working with Mary Alessio. She assisted with buying our dream home and selling our existing family home. Mary was involved from the time we started looking till the time we were handed the keys to our new home.

Before Mary started searching for our new home, she spent the time learn what was important to us with our new home purchase. Mary listened to our concerns and never judged. We were never rushed and she was extremely patient considering how picky we were about certain specifics.

Once we made our FINAL decision, Mary made the process as comfortable as possible. She helped to insure the closing of the house was as easy as possible. Mary met with our contractors & inspectors when we were unavailable. She never acted like we were an inconvenience.

The guidance Mary gave when we were listing our existing house was very useful. It helped make the property more marketable which made it easy to sell so we were able to close on our new purchase quickly.

Matt Malone and Mary both got involved when our mortgage company messed up our application a few days before closing. They were both making calls, sending emails non-stop, helping secure the loan. Some of the emails were sent at 4:30am. Mary and Matt along with the entire Malone & Associates organization will forever be a part of the Talent Family.

Jesse was able to sell my home after it had expired twice with other agents. He was the only one who was willing to take the time to explain to me what the market was doing. All the other agents just kept telling me to drop the price. He showed me who my competition was and what they were selling for in my area and even called me every week with reports telling me how many times homes in my area showed in the same price range. He went above and beyond what everyone had promised to do for me and delivered the results he promised!

Jesse helped me find my first home. He saved me thousands off of the price of a newly constructed home, 25k less than the advertised price! He negotiated for two days to help make that home affordable. He was patient with me when I was frustrated and he explained things in my terms, not in real estate jargon. He attended the closing and kept me calm when the bank was having last minute issues. He even stayed two hours after the title company closed because thats how long it took. WOW! That is all we can say. We had our home listed with a discount broker for 6 months and only had one showing. Century 21 came to us and offered to help. We took our home off the marker for a few months out of frustration, Matt continued to stay in touch with us. When we put our home back on the market we used Matt and his team at Century 21. After 45 days on the market we were SOLD and moving to our dream home and preparing for retirement.

Was looking for home with little property for myself and for my four legged kids to run, when can across a home listed by Fannie Mae on the internet. Emailed, Team Hulsey with Century 21 and explained I was currently living 1500 miles away and asked if they would be able to assist me in my venture. Tony Hulsey emailed me back and said he would be happy to. Since I didn’t know anything about Fannie Mae Homes Tony walked me through it. He stood by me when I wasn’t award home and looking for another when home I really wanted came back on market. Tony worked on home for months and went out of his way to help me, even when I knew it was putting him out and not part of his job. Financing went badly, everything got screwed up, and there were times I would have given up had it not been for him. Tony stood by me, kept telling me everything would work out and even lifted my spirits when it looked as if it was a lost cause, he was always there. Know he had to be as frustrated as I, although he always sounded very confident. In buying home had to get three extensions, due to lender, overnight papers to him and he traveled miles in which to get them to escrow company on time for closing, and many, many other things. It took six months for home to close. Never once did he complain or act as if it wasn’t part of an agents’ job, which I knew it wasn’t. If anyone is looking for an agent that will truly work with and for them Tony Hulsey is the man to have on your side. I had the GREASTEST agent in the business, but due to all the problems with buying home and length of time it took, I now have the best friend anyone could ever have.

We sold our home and purchased our new home through Malone and Associates in August 2017.
