Support for the person carrying the responsibility

Trustees, trust officers, executors, administrators and attorneys may oversee property without managing real estate every day. We can provide a property assessment, a market perspective and a practical work plan, while keeping the fiduciary’s responsibilities and approval process in view.

Turn property decisions into a defined plan

We help compare the implications of different sale approaches and identify the work each would involve. The goal is a useful basis for your decision, supported by current property and market information.

  • Market analysis and sale-strategy comparison.
  • Condition review and repair or clean-out estimates.
  • Vendor, access and property-preparation coordination.
  • Pricing, marketing and offer review.
  • Communication with authorized professionals.
  • Transaction coordination and agreed status updates.

Keep authority and communication clear

We confirm who can instruct us, who should receive updates and which decisions need additional approval. Representation terms, spending authority and communication preferences should be established at the outset. We do not make fiduciary, legal or tax decisions on your behalf.

Questions you may have

Can you work with an out-of-area trustee?

Yes, we can discuss a coordination plan for property in our service area, including access, local vendors and remote updates.

Will you communicate directly with beneficiaries?

Communication follows the authorized representative’s instructions and agreed scope. We do not assume authority to contact or advise beneficiaries.

Can you recommend a sale without major preparation?

We can compare that option with a prepared sale, including likely costs, time and market response. The authorized decision-maker chooses the path.

Real estate support does not replace a fiduciary’s duties or advice from legal, accounting or tax professionals.
